INDIVIDUAL PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
We currently manage the pipeline risk for six large mortgage originators and have capabilities to handle up to ten clients. Some lenders prefer not to be concerned about what is happening through the day, yet want to maximize trading opportunities as much as possible.
Because we have full knowledge of our clients' wholesalers and keep detailed records of monthly and year-to-date profits, we are able to fine-tune risk decisions when holding rate-locked loans and increase the gains while decreasing risk.
The fee for individual pipeline management is $400.00 per month.
